Tour of my gym & I hung my bag

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vdhBsCQuaqQ

Here is a tour of my home made gym, it's small and humble and you see how i hung my heavy bag and the rest of the crap in my garage.

I don't know how to get the videos to show up here.

If you dont want to see a boring video then don't click on it and dont bash me for it.

thank you for the people who are nice to me here.

That bag's gonna swing like a motha****a.

Edit: I see you swing it anyway. Don't you see how useless that is?

At the very least your bag has been taped up. That says that you've been beating the shit outta it nonstop.

I recommend that you put a chain or hang some weights from the bottom of that thing to stop the swing. Nothing is more annoying than a bag swinging out of control in every direct while your trying to practise.

1. it doesn't really swing when i punch it, it spins
2. I thought it was supposed to swing so you can practice dodgeing punches, bob and weave, side to side

What every home gym needs... a walker! Honestly, that's not a bad idea. Can I ask you what's behind that metal door? Nod once for dead women.

The first day I had it, it split open and sand was coming out. so I had to tape it with masking tape and duct tape.

lol. it goes outside, that room used to be an office for the garage but I made it into a gym. I was going to make it a recording studio with sound proof insulation. Once I move out, my stepdad is going to turn the whole garage into a game room.

How many nods for "monstrous amounts of gay porn"?

If you wanna practise bobbing and weaving, get one of these:

A bag swinning like that will only get really annoying, have you constantly breaking posture to stop its motion, and pull your house down.

you should sort out all the useuall junk in that other room and then use that room as your gym, youd have a lot more room to use the punchbag and it will be better for your training, i hate working out in a cramped out room.

thats not a bad idea useing that zimerframe as a dip machine thing, alsong as it wont fall over whilst your useing it
