I just went back to judo after 2 1/2 months away due to a dislocated shoulder. I still did my other training (running, MMA, karate) so I didn't lose capability. I love it, although all the extra clothes take some getting used to after training/sparring in a T-shirt and shorts.

Going to run in about an hour and a half. I might step in the tanning booth for 10 min. I know it's bad for you but I'm sooo pale.

My pc is only mid range and can handle any game at max settings.
For some reason, after todays patch, my Framerate went from around 25-30 to 10-15.

I'ma sell this and get a much better one pretty soon. I need my gaming on the go. On the otherhand, it plays Mass Effect 2 mid settings perfectly.

I would go. Back before I was doing MMA and BJJ, I was doing boxing. The guy who was training me was a good friend who just turned pro in boxing. So I got beat up quite a few times. But after working that hard and sparring, I always felt really accomplished.

Ah, my first couple of times at MMA and BJJ I almost puked. It is very intense but the payoff is good! I have hit kind of a rough patch for training so my cardio is crap so when I train next week it will be bad...

I'll discourage you a bit. I had a lousy training today.

And I am uber mad because my friend who happens to be mod on the other forum I visit, locked the topic where I had a heated debate with another forum member, and now I'll probably have to open a new topic. The problem is, that debate was so heated, I mean whole pages were our posts, and he closed it just when I was gonna reply!
Now I have to muster the energy of reading his post in one windows tab and writing the topic and reply on another.

Put on some layers and your running shoes and run outside. Or pick up a jump rope and do that with shadowbox intervals.

I ran 4 miles but I kept having to stop b/c my calves wouldn't stay limber. Once they warmed up it wasn't that bad. Then I hit the bag for about 10 min. Then I got so hungry I went home.

My bird, simply put, is ******* awesome.

I'm also eating KFC. Eating KFC while my bird is running around on my desk playing? Yeah, that's how I do it.
