Started a new diet and I have been doing well so far, yesterday I did 3 hours in the gym which consisted of BJJ, Wrestling, and Muay Thai...

If your wondering, my diet is SUPER simple... It's boneless, skinless chicken breast 5 times a day. You only eat half the breast though.

The breast is topped with a bit of shredded cheese and salsa.

It is delicious and for once a diet I enjoy.

Yeah try adding some Legumes to that diet Inter, your energy levels will soar If you're eating less/no carbs it'll really help doing this. If you add in eggs for breakfast (say 2-3 with at least one yolk) within 30 minutes after you get up it'll help with fat loss also (not saying you need fat loss, but if that's your aim)

After I have seen those pictures of pizzas... I was a trainee at a hotel bar in Mallorca this summer for 3 months. There was no good pizza around there, well there was quite good but I always had a picture of the pizzas in my hometown's best pizzeria in my eyes so I promised myself that one of the first things I would do after coming back to Estonia, was to visit the pizza place we have this pan-pizza, it's smaller, but thicker, it has a lot of cheese on top of it and it's just so friggin' awesome!
At that hotel's restaurant where I worked, the pizza was super-thin, it had like 1 piece of salamy in each corner of the pizza and wasn't very tasty...
I live like 50 meters from that awesome pizza-place since September. I used to have at least one in the first two months

Oh god... Never again. Chicken breasts are dead to me, ditto for turkey and tuna. Beef and pork everything forever

I am curious about this as well. I love chicken, I am sure I will get sick of it in about 2-3 months but then I will find and alternative!

I will try mixing some beans into my diet, I will be slowly adding vegetables in because I know how good they are but I am not a huge fan of vegetables!

I've eaten so much chicken breast. Way more than any person should have of anything (except sex and alcohol). I've had chicken and turkey in everyway imaginable thousands of times. I've pretty much lived on the stuff for large parts of my life.

I haven't had lasagna in years, I'm strongly considering making some tonight
