Good luck with that. I didn't have to join the military because my left knee is kinda jacked up. Even if I had been healthy I wouldn't have joined them to be honest but that way I could go to university a whole year early.

I served 8 months back when I was 18-19... Great way of getting into shape!

Service is mandatory for 50% of all healthy males once they're 18 years of age and not in the process of getting an education, so I did what I had to do... It was great fun though

Same system in Estonia, only you do 9-12 months. I'm probably doing 12 months. I actually want to go. God damn marines commercial in UFC events. i smell a conspiracy:

It's worth it Rauno. I know it's only 9-12 months but make the most out of it you might like it!

Here in Denmark we've got 4 main branches of the military, the army, the navy, the airforce and the Royal Lifeguard...

I requested doing service in the royal lifeguard, but didn't get in... Sounded like the most interesting way to go anyways, serving partially on Greenland during summer and standing guard for her majesty the Queen

Ended up in the army, so my period of service was pretty ordinary I guess

If I had to only endorse one TV show or movie, it would be Sopranos, no doubt about that! It's seriously that good. Once you start watching you'll be hooked!

I've been training off and on for the 2nd part-time job I mentioned. I saw a few videos today I wish I could unsee, but it wasn't anything I'd have to do.

I got a sweet guillotine from side control today, did a bunch of americana drills, but missed the guard passing drills due to aforementioned training, so BJJ day turned into active rest day.

You know those things that you wish you could just disconnect yourself from, and leave behind, but you can't?
