Honey? Yay I love honey I only drink water/tea anyways (will replace the sugar in tea with honey I guess?). Will start on the multi vit track.

I've been looking at short intense workouts, the ones with 30 second intense working out, then 15 second break, then a different set for about 20minutes a day 4 days a week.

That combined with 2hours a day with the pooch should get me back on track right?

yeah, Honey is loads better for you than sugar, but tastes like ASS in some things. it's good in porridge.

The best 'quick' workout routine ive found is if you go for a run, jog for 30 seconds, then sprint full out for 30 seconds. do this for 10 minutes. you can replace running, with rowing/cross trainer/cycling/swimming. what ever suites you best.

that workout for cardio is a killer!

Just started getting back into shape as well. Cutting out fast food and sodas. Actually have myself working out 4 days/week again. Just trying to stick to a somewhat decent diet.

an old training partner offered me some legit Fairtex stuff, really cheap as well. I don't/can't train anymore wanted to cry a little.
