Just finished my HIIT training for the day and I m about to work on abs.
One problem with me is if I don't see results quick I get discouraged very quickly.
It's been 6 days and nothing. I know its not common to see results in 6 days but I have been working my ASS off !
Do not give up. I got discouraged when I thought nothing was happening, and now I look back and saw that I actually was improving... You will be so satisfied when you get to where you want man. I am right there with you starting tomorrow. I will be on my diet and working out everyday again.
