Eating a Subway sandwich...need to start eating better again...all this work and stress is killing me. On other news go watch The Sons Of Anarchy Season 5 premiere. Kurt doesn't hold back...right to nudity, biker gang and street hood violence. Maybe a little too graphic at times. They actually took it up to another level beyond Breaking Bad craziness.

So anyone else placing bets on Vitor.

Hit a quick workout this morning then thought I was late to class, showered got dressed and ate breakfast all in twenty minutes, flew to school pulled into the parking lot and it was half empty. I forgot class is at ten not nine on Wednesday. Oh well maybe my soon to be girlfriend will show up early and I can get some extra work in.

Was at the show I was meant to be fighting on. Was heartbreaking sitting in the crowd. Looking at the Undercard fighters they lucked out, wasn't impressed and would have run through the boy. Worked my ass off to become a machine. Gutted. Gonna cry myself to sleep.

What happened that you didn't fight? Sorry if I missed it. I'm gearing up for this weekend, I have to work two fighters corners.

I got a slight pull in my trap, which was pulling down on my neck muscles but with a fight coming up just had to train through it. Then it escalated and escalated until I ended up with cervical vertebrae compression, thoracic compression injury, whiplash and a really pulled trap. Starting my rehab course tonight. On a 6 week training ban but I have just stuck to boxing and striking this week, no grappling but hate sitting about. That's twice I've been booked to fight and ended up badly hurt.

Just ate a nice triple omelette, with chicken, and cheese and toast. A nice hearty breakfast to start the day. I thought it was Tuesday when I picked up the paper and yesterday I thouguht it was Wednesday...ahha.

Yah I've been training my neck to strengthen it. It was awhile ago when I was grappling with a 225+ and he wanted to "show" me his choke technique. Heard my neck crank, what a bastard. Then I realized the neck is probably one of the most under utilized muscle group.

There's a few exercises I learned, but it's taking awhile to get a neck and trapz like The Reem.

You lookin' to turn pro...

I'd love to turn pro, it's the dream like but I haven't even had a fight yet. I don't want to be like most guys in my city and eat shit and not train properly and just compete for the social status and get beat. Want to commit to a training camp, be in shape, ready and as a result brutalize someone. ******* love this sport.

It's just hard to do with a busy schedule and I keep getting injured in the training camps. At least when my time does come round I'll be even more prepared I guess but just sucks just now. Gonna vent at the Thai class tonight so feel better after that!
