thats the genius of the american promotion and marketing machine which allows players to earn more than 10 times what a rugby could ever make, a punter makes more than the best rugby player gets so there's that. Still like nfl though its pretty fun to watch if you don't overkill it. And el breko exactly hah

Does American Football or Regular Football pay more in salary? I know football will be the overall more grossing business but in top players are the salaries close?

Soccer players get paid more. Most top players make more than a million dollars every month and that's just from Club contracts. Their sponsorships would be through the roof.

Also jersey sales bring lots of dough in, Soccer players kind of earn it a bit more though not because its even close to being as hard of a sport except cardio wise but because in soccer they most play like 50+ games a season from a top club and a minimum of 44 probably from average clubs

Yeah I was just thinking that even though football is the biggest, considering it's big in almost every country, the amount of teams/players etc. that have to be paid might have evened it out.

They play for 90 mins aswell which is longer than any other sport I think.

The NBA schedule is brutal, 48 minutes doesn't sound that bad but anybody that's ever played ball even semi competitively knows how tiring the game really is. Couple that with 4-5 games per week all across the USA (and Toronto), that 82 game season will cripple 99/100 rookies halfway through the season.

You should play ice hockey. There is a reason they change shifts so quickly. It was easily the most tiring sport I have ever played.

Ever wrestled. Your legs burn playing hockey but that's got nothing on how you feel at the end of a meet.

My top ones as far as like high school sports.

1. Wrestling
2. Lacrosse
3. Hockey
4. Futball
5. Handegg
