I was just talking about team sports. But any sort of grappling is always extremely exhausting. I can still remember the first time I stepped into a boxing gym and then a BJJ class. I could barely carry myself to my car.

Hockey is way more than just legs though. Pretty much everything is tired. Arms, back, just tired.

I haven't played Ice Hockey, I can't even skate! Ice is so foreign to Australians.

from wrestling when I was young and Bike riding, Muay Thai, MMA and JJ my legs have become really strong, flexible and they can endure quite a lot. I'd love to try ice hockey though, it looks like a lot of fun.

I've been skating since I could stand. A side effect of having a Canadian family so I always felt worse after lacrosse because I never got the coast like you get in hockey.

Yeah when I started wrestling I was arrogant as hell. Like Wtf this won't be that hard I'm in good shape. I lay down in the locker room after and couldn't get back up.

It's pretty kick ass. I played Soccer, American Football and basketball while I was growing up. When I moved to hockey in my teens, it was the most fun I had playing a team sport.

How would you compare the Cardio levels needed to compete highly at each sport? The only reason Basketball was tough for me was just non stop running for 48 mins, you never really get a break, also playing in Australia on outdoor courts the concrete heats up very quickly and starts to burn the bottom of your feet through the rubber in your shoes.

It's almost impossible to compare as it will be different for everyone. I thought Hockey was the hardest but a lot of that probably lies with the fact that I played Soccer since I was 4 years old and played basketball and football at a very young age as well.

So Hockey was very new to me and I had a lot to get used to.

I've never played it properly but Gridiron doesn't seem very tiring.

yeah I always wanted to play Ice hockey but I also am a terrible skater so whenever we had it for sport at school I would stay at the wall and shoulder barge someone onto the ice or into the wall and then stumble back onto the wall so I wouldn't slip over ever.
