I played soccer from the time I was 4 until I was a Jr. in High School. It was the sport I had the most success in. I lettered in varsity as a freshman. I also played baseball on a traveling team when I was younger and played basketball. But I was really short, still am. So in Jr. High I started wrestling and wrestled for 3 years and gave up basketball. I wrestled as low as 75lbs and as high as 135lbs.

Also congrats on the black name.

Hockey is probably the most tiring sport for me, I've had a few maraton sessions where my legs are burned for days after, but it's really, really good for your balance and strength in your feet. The first football season after I gave hockey a serious go I felt the extra balance and burst of pace in my legs helped me alot. Not to mention its a hell of a lot of fun aswell.

Football (soccer) can be grueling depending on where you play and how many games you play every season. The midfielders for the big clubs who play 70+ competitive games a season run their heart out all year round. They are top notch athletes.

For me both soccer and wrestling were the most difficult in terms of cardio for me. Completely different kinds of cardio, you will be amazed how tiring grappling is. Even just for 3-5 minutes. In soccer there is no real breaks in action so when playing mid field you just run your ass off at all times.
Both extremely tiring sports. But just like those two sports are different, so is American Football. It's alot of full sprint explosive plays combined with pushing people around. It's exhausting as well. But it's more about short explosive burst.

Agreed. In their prime the Roy Keane, Gerrard, Vieira types had amazing engines. Never stop running and always contributing.

Ha, yeah. He's a very proud man and didn't like how the Irish team was preparing. I think he had a point, just went the wrong way about it.

OK, always contributed to Utd.
