What is it?

SJ, my husband studied a closely related field (turfgrass management) and worked in a greenhouse and on golf courses for years. He is now a greens superintendent, that is to say Lord God King of the golf course and grounds, and loves it (for the most part. Working at a private club can kind of suck).

Basically you replace all your meals with a healty protein shake and only eat one real meal a week. So I'd have to drink like 4 shakes a day which doesn't sound all to bad...

If i can get through the first week I think i can stick with it long enough to get some results out of it, Ill keep track of it in a training log with some before/after pics too...

Speaking of healthy mi madre told me an easy meal to make that is really good. You put some granola into a bowl, cut up a banana or half of a banana and toss it in, then pour a cup of yogurt in and stir it up. I am enjoying it a lot!

Thanks to Toxic for the Awesome Sig!

Even if the whole world is against you, one thing will never let you down. That thing is beer.

I usually eat it for breakfast.
It is very good. And not the same everytime because you can but a different flavor of yogurt in each time you make it.

I am either going to take Muy Thai or MMA or both as well but I am not sure.
Drop the MMA for now dude, take Sub grappling and MT. Wait until you have some decent ground skills before you start taking an actual MMA class. I see the new guys come into our gym and take an MMA class with little to no BJJ skills, they don't gain lots from it as they are unfamiliar with lots of the stuff we are doing and we do not really focus on the BJJ itself in MMA class you are expected to either know it or learn it as we go which is a much slower process for you.

So take the BJJ and MT separately, get a good base in the two arts first then mix them up at a later date.
It seems to be an unwritten thing that you will pick up one much faster then the other.

Hopefully you are a natural striker makes things really easy!

That being said if you somehow do find you have free time for an MMA class take it for sure, it definitely won't hurt you.

I signed up monday for sub grappling, bjj, and muy thai. I am mainly focusing on grappling/bjj. I had the same idea as you said pretty much. I decided to take the grappling/bjj and muy thai first, and then mma later to kinda tie it all together.
