Thinking about how I can modify my workouts to accommodate what may be a torn Achilles. I won't be jumping rope for awhile. Oh, I'm crushed.
I am going to miss running though, for however long I have to go without it. I've gotten some excellent advice with regard to this issue. I will be punishing the focus mitts and bag in the meantime.
It's a cloudy, shitty day and I'm still kind of sick. In retrospect, I have probably been overtraining.
