Sounds like surgery went well. Hope the pain goes away soon and you have a speedy recovery. Don't overdo it though. Good luck.

Thanks man. I am taking it pretty easy. Mostly sticking to my bed. My gf drug my computer and monitor in next to the bed for me.

The toughest part is going from sitting to standing. It is a huge pain in the ass.

Thanks. They told me full recovery may take a couple of weeks, but I should be able to go back to work in a week so I am scheduled to return next Wednesday as of right now.

Recover well man! Enjoy the time on your ass spent playing video games. It goes quickly.

Hope you recover quickly.

Was about 5 hours fishing, weather was alright, about 18degrees, windy, some clouds, burnt my face. There was almost no fish today but we did caught an octopuss, gonna eat it tomorrow, it'll be my first time.

Hope for a speedy recovery HoGH!

I have had octopus before a few times. If you cook it right it is pretty tasty, but it is honestly kinda weird looking at the suction cups right before you eat them haha.

Joinging the sentiments for HoGH! Feel better man.

I've never had Octupus Ape. I've tried calamari before though. Horrible! Far too salty.

I'm not a big fan a calamari either to be honest. When it is cooked properly it is quite delicious, but I find unless you are at a high end restaurant calamari tends to be overcooked and over salted (like you said). Calamari gets really rubbery when it is overcooked which makes it kind of like eating an overcooked scallop with breading and salt.

My favorite seafood by far is Crab and Lobster. Nothing beats King Crab, though. It's the steak of the sea.

I can eat any type of seafood. Love it all. Now you mention it. I'm sure that I've had calamari before where it wasn't too salty or overcooked. I used to work in a Frankie And Bennys restaurant and the calamari there was sickening. And yeah the breading was horrible too. Inedible.
