I can pretty much move around like normal now. I guess I will be able to go back to work Wednesday.

Never thought I would be alright with going to work, but I am ready to get the heck out of the house.

Good to hear you are moving around and everything. I have never reached that point though of wanting to go to work. Even when I had my surgery and I was out of work for about 2 months, I still didn't have the urge to wake up early and go to work everyday lol

It's not that I want to go to work, but I just want to be somewhere other than my bedroom. Everything at home just gets bland and boring to me if I have to stay cooped up like this.

Brutal. I bruised a rib back in 9th grade during wrestling season. Even breathing hurt. I can't imagine the pain of a cracked rib. Annoying, painful injury. I hope they give you something good for it and you get over it quickly.

Wish I had a cool story to go with it but it's actually pretty embarrassing. I was walking to the garage door holding a pizza and tripped over a lawn chair cushion. In my attempt to save the pizza I held it up high and my rib made first contact with a built in wooden table that sits about two feet off the ground. Kinda just lay there for 10 min doing the Peter Griffin knee thing.

Pain is a little better now but I wish my doctor wasn't so anti-narcotic. Gave me some crappy Aleve knock off and said take Tylenol if I need it. I need something stronger is what I need! lol.

Good to hear you are on the mend my friend! I remember a few years back actually wanting to go back to work after an illness. Twas a weird feeling I haven't experienced often.
