Back from a hard day of work and training. My wrist got tweaked pretty bad in the clinch while sparring halfway through our entire workout and I gave it no rest. Also, my ankle got stepped on and rolled, so kicks hurt a freakin ton each time. And, as it turns out, my style consists of a lot of kicks.
Hmm... my wrist won't stop shaking. I hate when this happens. Hope it's nothing tooooooooooo bad. Is it bad if my wrist is still shaking pretty hardcore hours after?
