Also, I edited your post and wrapped spoil tags around that image, cause it's slowing my laptop down a lot and it's huge, so I'm sure others have the same issue, hope you don't mind.
Not at all family I was going to do it myself actually but you beat me to it.

Dude, I think I'm the only person on this planet to ever get hit by a random flying knee to the temple while swimming.

That sucks, man. Did you bite his knee? I would have got a hold on him, dragged him to the ground, and bit the shit out of his knee like some rabid squirrel-donkey creature.

Get checked at the hospital if it's bad, bud.

I actually got kneed directly in the temple, which is why I'm somewhat surprised to still be alive. It was a kid who did it, about 15 years old or so, and it was totally an accident I could tell. I couldn't get mad because the guy was literally hugging me saying "I'm sorry."

Good news in all of this is, I think I have a good chin for fighting. I sparred and eaten a few shots, but I never knew if I could go to sleep easily. I took a surprise full force knee to the temple and was barely stunned! I hope that's the sign of a good chin.

Outside of fighting that's probably the #1 way to get a knee to the head.

Are you alone? DON'T GO TO SLEEP with a head ache.

Sounds like you got a chin on you.

I really wish I had a picture of you to photoshop a giant chin onto right now.

Kids do crazy things, it's good it was an accident, though. I'm sure he was sorry. I hope you feel better man, seriously.

It happened yesterday and people were telling me not to sleep, so I ended up staying awake until 4 in the morning, and that night I was actually thinking "hey, this could be my last night." I was actually kiiiiiiiiiiiiiiinda ready.

Why is it bad to go to sleep? I never actually knew why.

I was about to answer as if I knew what I'm talking about and thought I'd check first. found similar to this lot's of sources.

You do not need to keep awake a person with a recent concussion. This was recommended for years to observe a person for any changes after a concussion. People worried that the person may go into a coma and never wake up. This is no longer believed to be true. You can allow someone to sleep after a concussion. This should cut down on sleep deprivation for all involved.

People with concussion should be seen by a doctor if they were unconscious for more than 5 minutes or amnesia persists or if they do not appear to behave normally.
I've wasted a couple of sleepless nights.
Sleep easy

Damn Spoken! Sucks for you dude. I know what it's like. When I was 19 I was sitting on a bench with my then girlfriend, and a random guy runs and knee's me straight in the temple. (I'm told, I wasn't even looking that direction)

I was on queer street for ages and barely managed to get up to fight him off. Luckily when he saw I wasn't out and was trying to fight back he ran off.

Hope you recover soon man, it sucks when random stuff when that happens.
