For sure. I've been seeing improvement. Just got a lot of fat left to burn. Still, little things like "my pushup count has doubled" are awesome.

Just started watching UFC 1. Got the DVD pack of 1 + 2 through this morning. I've seen clips of the 1st UFC but am yet to see the whole event, so I'm looking forward to it.

My biggest problem lately has been losing motivation. I have gained a bit of weight since I have been unable to do MMA as much anymore due to them moving locations... But when I need motivation, I look at a picture of how in shape it used to be and it makes me crazy.

Just stick with it. I didn't do it for long, but I realized that I was able to stay a bit more motivated when I was keeping a training log on here, I may start it up again.

I just picked up Forrest's old book "Got Fight?" and started reading... I want to get through it before getting the new one... Anyone know if I'm in for a good read?
