It still leaves many qquestions for next season. Expecially Quinn
The problem with this season is it barely advanced Dexters character at all, and all Lumen was there for was to make him realise he can be accepted for who he is and that his dark passenger may not be forever. Other than that there was little reason for her to be there, and Deb even seems to of forgotten she even exists.
How is Quinn off the hook just due to the blood sample? There was other evidence stacked up against him that's now being ignored.
The plastic sheet was BS. To me that was just the writers saying 'we're never having Deb find out'.
I love Dexter, always will, and I did really enjoy this season. However, it was by far the weakest season so far.
I don't want season 6 to be about Dexter helping someone else either. It showed a good side to his character but I want to see him killing for the reason he's always killed, because he HAS to.
I dunno, I just felt dissapointed and that alot was missing and forgotten at the end of the season. Maybe the first 2-3 episodes of the next can wrap up a few loose ends.
