I am sore as heck today, why does getting into fight shape have to suck so bad?

I was 246 on Monday and weighed in at 241 yesterday, diet is working pretty well so far, I'm fighting in march at "Middle Heavyweight" which is a new weightclass here for ammys, its 206-225lbs. So once i make that I should have another fight already lined up for april and I wanna be walking at 215 for that one, once im done with that I think i might make the jump to Pro.

I have a question for you guys, do you know a man by the name of Bear Grylls?

I found out about him only today after I read an article, that he saved a kids life because of his TV Show.

After I watched one of his 1 minute clips at Youtube, I was literally blown away guys. After Steve Irwin died, I never thought somebody as great as he was would pop up again.

I am instant Fan guys! The man is pure awesomness!!!

Also, you have to look up what the man has done in short life already! Made me totally speechless!

Been watching Bear Grylls foe a while now!
That dude is tough!

Of course not everything on his show is for real, some things are staged, theteam checks the routes where he's going, he tries to get a lot of information about the surroundings and stuff like that.

But this isn't a reality show, it's biggest purpose is educational, teaching people on how you should act in certain circumstances.

Annyway, some s**t that happened in the show is for real, no doubt!

For example:

I love the time he got poked by bees and his face "mutated"!
He looked awesome!

Bear Grylls is incredible. I don't care that he isn't alone out there, he never pretends to be solo. The show, as limba said is educational and very entertaining. He's also the youngest briton to ever summit Everest, at 23.

He's done so much in his life, and is a genuinly nice guy, he's an inspiration to me for sure.

Absolutely Kry!

I mean: the guy is 36 yrs old, but what he has achieved so much in his life...the things he's done, the places he has traveled to...a normal person can only dream about doing that.
Of course there are others, who did what he did, maybe have gone beyond this, but Bear Grylls can only be an inspiration for each and every one of us.

If you take a look at his Biography on wikipedia...man, that's a lot!

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bear_Grylls

I hope he keeps doing what he does best, being an inspiration for thousands of people out there.
