Oh really? wow! I was born and raised in Atlanta too
I've lived in East point, College park, Midtown, Buckhead, Stn mountain, Duluth, Lawrenceville and now i'm in Brookhaven

How long have you been away from Atlanta ?
About 40 years. All I really remember is Riverdale. I started school in Clayton county. And Stone Mountain. The Park Not the town. Loved that place. Supposedly I climbed it a few days before I was born.

I used to be as big a Falcon and NFL fan as I am now of mma. But I lost interest in which millionaire was gonna play for my team this year. One of the things I loved about mma in the beginning was the pay scale. No millionaire crybabies in this sport.

....yet

The run was epic, just against the wrong team

Don't complain, I'm a Bucs fan ;P

But to be honest though, Bucs had a much better season this year than they've had since '04

I was going to ask you if they still do that. Last time I saw it was '88. Was the best in the world back then.

Last time I saw it was in the late 90's and I was told back then its the same show they've had since forever.

I used to go for Falcon games but not for a long time. My dad had season tickets their first year 65 or 66? and a couple of different years after. I used to go to as many games as I could but, I was 25and living in NC before I was actually in the stadium when they WON a game. It was so beautiful.

I was also in the stadium when the world champion bears barely squeaked by the falcons 13-10. I almost cried.

It's not easy being a falcon fan

I grew up in New Jersey so I always had my pick of the Jets/Giants/Eagles I thought it was so weird when I moved down to NC and found out I only had 2 game choices at any given time.

Now I have to watch the Panthers and Falcons and those horrid divisions.

Needless to say I've given up on the NFC and now root for/against AFC teams.

BTW it's crazy over here in North Carolina people are acting like Hitler and the Germans are coming in they are so scared.

P.S. I got into MMA because of the WWE and Ken Shamrock/Dan Severn it was a lark and I never went back.

Which is why i'm an Eagles fan. I like the Colts too.

Its always so annoying when the NFL thinks they have to give you games from your "local market". There are too many shitty games that come on ATL TV its not even funny.
