i was told this, i havent tried it (yet) tho..... Deep Fried Peanutbutter Cups!
freeze PBC's, coat in pancake batter, deep fry for 2 or 3 minutes (golden brown), and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
freezing them is key, otherwise they will melt too fast and break apart before the batter can firm up.
im trying to think of more...... im blanking tho.... been up for waaay to long already today and have a ton of stuff to do that im still putting off.....
