Hello everyone, welcome to the first ever MMAForum.com Biggest Loser competition. This competition is meant to motivate members of MMAForum to work out at home and increase their physical health while having fun with it.
Because this will push you to work out everyday and keep track of your progress and the winner(s) will be rewarded so it will push you to your best so you can beat out the competition.
Every week at the beginning of the week (Monday not Sunday) there will be a weekly schedule posted for the competitors and everyday that you complete the assigned task, you will recieve a set number of points for your team.
Monday - Cardio
Complete 25 min of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) or 45 minutes of running, skipping, jogging or other if given the okay by a competition moderator.
Tuesday - Core/Abs
Complete 5 sets of 40 crunches/ sit ups
These are not the actual workouts that will be used for the competition but it is a good example of what to expect.
If enough competitors sign up it will be a team competition where the two teams would compete to be crowned champions of the competition.
