Mine was the Transformers, I can't remember the robot's name, but he was the one who turned from a robot into a tape player LOL.

In Order:

Ninja Turtles(From the original models to the halloween models where leonardo is wolfman etc.)

Power Rangers (The ones where the heads flipped out of their chests going from head>helmet, These guys were great for pro wrestling matches because they had jointed limbs.

GI-Joe (Never saw the shows, just had the 3-4" tall figures with the elastic inside to hold the legs on. THOSE GUYS were the best for having pro wrestling matches, because they could do sweet chin music)

And Then....

Beast Wars transformers. (So, so so so so so many of them, and so many epic battles on my bed. It took an hour to transform them all at the beginning of the battle, but I would go down the line .. " Ratrap, maximize!" "Terrasaur, terrorize!" )

I had a very lonely childhood.

Well i had those cars monster trucks on remote too .. but they were on a cable so i had to run behind them all the time which was kind of boring..

i had more fun when they were broken .. i would rip the electric motor out and make a fan out of it with a little help of a cabel and a normal battery.. i remember trying to build my own little boat so i could use that as a propeller.. somehow it didn't work out.. not a good lil boat builder so to say..

Had those He-Man action figures and broke every one of them with my style of playing..

usual kids stuff .. then i got my commodore 64 and never went back to those toys..

hah soon after that i got the chance to play with real guns such as 9mm pistols and AK-47's and so on.. what a strange childhood i must say..

honourable mention.. my BMX bike was something special to me and i considered that as my main toy/weapon/friend and so on..

I wonder from day to day how much the Jakks UFC figurines will be worth in 20 years. I mean, Jakks is a huge name in figurines, but unfortunately, they look way worse than the Round5MMA figures.

I had my babysitter's old Barbies. They had great clothes, but no cars or beach houses or anything. I had one of those Simon thingies that I loved. Mostly, my favorite toys were books, until I discovered records.

I didn't have any sci-fi related toys because every Christmas and birthday, my brother's friend would get a houseful of them, and we'd go over there and play with them. Now, of course, I wish I had bought the entire Star Wars universe.

I wish that the toy companies would understand that kids want functionality with their toys, not some goofy figurine that is stuck in some weird crouch position.

The figures with the elbow, knee, leg and hip joints were always keepers. They're like Jon Jones they have more tools to use and win all the fights.

Ugh, those small GI-Joes were so sick to play with. They could do ANY move from WWF No Mercy, and if I knew about MMA they could have probably done that too.

Were you an only child, or was there a big gap between you and the next oldest sibling?

My brother is/was about 2 1/2 years younger than me, and I did like boy toys a lot. To this day I like girly things, but boy toys/man toys still look like more fun to me. He had a sweet Tonka dump truck that I remember fondly, 30 years later.
