MMA club

Around here we do not have MMA at all. We have martial arts but MMA is not really popular we got Taekwondo, boxing and of course wrestling because it's Iowa, but anything like mma is not found till you travel to Des Moines or bigger city's.
So i'm looking into starting a Club were Teens and younger adults (18 to 22 or so), can come and share what they know, and learn some new things. Basically no trainers you train the people around you what you know, just almost a sparring place. But i was wondering if this could actually work.

I rock til i pass out

I think you would have to be nuts, any kind of training needs structure unless you can 100% trust the people your training with and when its a giant meet and greet that isn't possible.

And excuse my ignorance I am from Canada and the states each seem pretty small but isn't Meletich out of Iowa? That was once THE place to train with alot of great fighters coming through those doors.

I'm assuming you would have a lot of trouble with insurance in this type of scenario.......

aside from that, amateurs teaching amateurs isn't going to get anyone far.
