You can purchase a machine from a health store like GNC that will calculate your BF% semi-accurately.

The most accurate method is with a caliper.

Something like this may help you.

Just google 'calculate body fat with caliper' and you will pull results on how to do it.

You are referring to a caliper correct? If so, wise choice. They are the most accurate way of calculating your BF% when done correctly.

Just find a reliable article explaining how to do it, and you should be fine.

A short explanation would be: You measure the skin fold thickness on X points of your body (believe it is in millimeters, maybe centimeters.. i forget). You then run those measurements through a calculation (like the one I linked above), and that will determine your BF%.

Yes sir, Caliper is what i bought.

I vaguely remember using one in school many moons ago but that link you posted further up seems pretty descriptive.

yea bro, all ya gotta do for abs is sit ups. you'll be rockin a 6pack in no time brah

pshh dont need roids.. doubt they'd even help. all you need is to change your diet. WOAH, thats right you dont even have to exercise or work out. getting abs is all about fat% and the only way to get there is by proper dieting.

Add exercise into that mix and your BF% will drop quicker.

I'd say eating healthy is about 85% of it, the other 15% is exercise.

Doesnt have to necessarily use roids in order to get ripped or get nice abs.
ALl you need is a lot of exercise...and most importantly: A GOOD DIET!!!
WIthout the right diet it's very very hard to get ripped like that.

true that.

if my diet was a little better i'd have a 6 pack. i think my body fat is somewhere between 10 and 15%, maybe ever so slightly higher.

it takes some seriously hard work on your diet to get lower than that. I used to run 6 miles 3 times a week and i struggled to shift my fat from around my stomach and i was only eating 1750 calories a day.

It really is all about bodyfat. I know guys that don't work out at all that have a 6pack just because they are so damned skinny. Of course its a creepy auschwitz-looking build around that 6pack but still.

Everybody good, plenty of slaves for my robot colony?
