^ Agreed. I like using mine very much. It's great when it's sh*tty outside, and you don't want to drive to the gym. Good machine.

185lbs. Probably smash Franklin, aswell.

Chuck Lidell has been giving some interviews for speciliazed magazines and says you're a complete fighter, but he'll knock you out. What do you have to say about that? Babalu - The only blow he'll give are three little ones on the floor.

I'm good at fighting, since I'm so huge for my age. 6'3 175 pounds and only 14 years old. I'm gonna grow up wanting to fight Tim Sylvia. But for now gimme Matt Hughes or BJ Penn just not Georges I'll get owned by him and his back kicks and strength.

Plus bowflexes are awesome they don't suck. I use it all the time. Thats why I'm pretty built not fat or skinny. Plus I lift weights as well a bout an hour a day.

I voted as LHW although I can fight at both LHW and MW I prefer LHW because I dont have cut weight. its closer to my resting weight off cyclye.

Two things...how can you call out Hughes or Penn and say that GSP would beat you....GSP is third out of tyhose 3 you named IMO

Secondly bowflex is only resistance training. You tone muscle not build muscle with that kind of a work out. So dont hope to bulk up with a bowflex it will never happen.

5'9 187lbs, whenever i get my 1st amateur fight it willl be at 170lbs, gaining/cuttting weight is very very easy for me to do

i would be a welter weight i am 6ft 193 now ive lost about 23 pounds in 2 months and have a little more fat to burn and muscle to build. id want diesel then penn then gsp then go ahead and go after Matt Hughes even though he is my idle. i just want to get slammed by him to see how bad it REALLY hurts .

Romans 14:11-12... 11It is written: " 'As surely as I live, says the Lord ' every knee will bow before me; every tongue will confess to God.' " 12So then, each of us will give an account of himself to God. May God Bless us all.www.mmaworld.org
