One of those days

Do you ever have one of those days, or even whole periods of time where you just cant do anything right at training?
I had a period like that a while ago now and nearly made me quit. It was for about a couple of months too!
My takedowns went out the window. I couldnt take anyone down at all. My ground game just didnt work and my motivation was quickly getting less and less. And I wont even get into my striking.

Very off putting to say the least.

Anyone else have any stories to share of this type of thing?

Its almost as if I like to be tapped out! lol

Sure, nothing that lasts long but on Monday I was getting compliments for my wrestling from my coaches and on Tuesday I couldn't wrestle a stuffed animal. Sometimes your just not on, you just need some motivation or a pick me up to get you going again!

The main issue I have is I dont have a pick-me-up really.
Im sure I drag myself down and low confidence really affects everything else. So its like a downward spiral really.
What do you use to get you up and going again?

Its almost as if I like to be tapped out! lol
