How can i get fit, and lose weight.
I'm gonig to start running in the mornings for hour and every 3 times a week. Cutting out junk and takeaways. but I just dont have the motivation, what other exercises can i do to improve fitness, and tone legs and when can i do these i need them spreadout over the course of the day.
No alcohol is a biggie I found for getting into shape (as much as it sucks) cutting junk food is a big step but this is bigger. Lots of cardio, skipping etc if you want try tabatas training, I found that hard but good going.
I do conditioning at my club to stay in shape and when you have a coach who is scarily fit and makes you look like a weakling that's a pretty good incentive for me. Mayeb start doing some conditioning classes near you?
