Someone said he could beat Rich Franklin but I doubt he could do to his age, the records compared between the both of them, and Rich Franklin naturally is an overall better fighter.

But besides Rich Franklin, Dan Henderson is a good fighter who has been with PRIDE for a long time and helped it out like Mirko Filipovo does. I want to see him defend his middleweight title soon, because he hasn't in a while from what I've seen. But he's good for his age and overall a decent fighter and champion.

I always love to watch this guys wrestling skill. My coach back then always said that if u watch this guy u might learn some stuff and he was right. This guy is strong as an ox with sweet takedowns

When you compared his records did you actually look at the matches or did you just compare numbers?? As for age, I think Randy Couture has put to rest any questions as to how old you have to be to be champ. I like Rich Franklin but I think Henderson's an all around better fighter.

I think you will see him back in UFC as a regular soon. As far as Franklin vs Henderson...hell yeah! That would be an awesome fight! I like both fighters but Henderson would be my pick to win! Just all out a warrior!

Based on the fights i've seen of Henderson, & what i've seen of Franklin, there's no dought who i think would win. Henderson is a legend, no matter what age, he dominate Franklin!

I'm with you 100%! Rich Franklin is damned good, but he's
NO MATCH for Dan Henderson. We will all get to see how good
Dan is when he fights Rampage in the Light-Heavyweight
division. We saw what Rich Franklin had against Anderson
Silva! Hendo stood in more than admirably against Big Nog!!!
Dan soundly beat Wanderlei Silva...
