All due respect to the instructor, but there are some parts of this technique where I think he's just wrong.

I'm posting a video of myself walking through some of the points of this technique to youtube. It's a sort of ghetto tutorial, but it's still better get some f*cking five star ratings. (it's also only about minute long, but whatever)

For sure.

This is me walking through some basics of the chokes from the back, so those who want to can get the details. (I've textified some of them, and will probably do more with the annotations feature)

THIS VID WAS MOVED TO TOP OF PAGE

Anyway, rate and appreciate, guys. This is the first video I've posted to the personal account on youtube.

Haha, thanks, man. I appreciate it.

I was chilling with some of the WAMMA guys (one of whom is Pat Miletich, who's an awesome guy), and I got carded (not being legal, and all) and Pat was like "man, you always get carded, cuz you look like a f*cking twelve year old."

I was about to make a joke about him being an old man, but then I remembered that he's Pat Miletich, and can still snap my arms off and shove them up my ass.

I was going to debut with Wargods (a local promotion) at some point, but I'm not training that hard at the moment for MMA. I'm going to get in better shape over the summer and we'll see what happens from there.

I'll fight for whoever wants to sign me. I've got a few contacts, I just want to wait until I'm in decent shape (a cut to 135 right now would be easy, but I wouldn't be thick enough, in my opinion).

The mistake I made a few times with the RNC is that I had it in my head to cross my feet instead of keeping the hooks. My instructor, BJJ black belt Jason Manly, punished me after doing it one too many times while rolling.

Not a mistake I'll do again any time soon. :confused02::sarcastic12:
