I was thinking about buying some instructional DVDs but was wondering which ones are good? I'm new to both of them and needed DVDs for beginners and possibly if you guys could show me some that get harder and harder so I can move up through them...

Also I heard it a million times, so ya I know watching DVDs is no where close to being as good as just going to a gym at least once a week, but there is no gym even close to me at all...

Anyways I'm not looking to become a pro or anything, just have a 1 up on my friends when we mess around and stuff... ill be practicing with my brother...

So if you guys could post some BJJ and Boxing instructional DVDs that you guys liked and have watched, that would be great. Thanks

Don't worry about it man, I know your pain.

Demian Maia's Science of Bjj to me is the most simple and helpfull bjj dvd I know. I watch the whole thing like once a month. I pm'd you about something that could help you too. Good luck!
