If you are a women and feel attacked your best bet is to attempt to kill the guy. Lol. Logic / morality fail.

This would work if you're Brock Lesner, but otherwise the neck is a dense short muscle, the arms are long, the mechanics are fail for snapping the neck, especially as a woman.
