definitely real know a lot of people that can do stuff like this...but then again it depends on ur attacker if wants to kill u off the bat he will but if u gives u time u can definitely pull something off to disarm him.

What martial art teaches such stuff? Krav Maga? The video seems Russian in origin. There's that Russian martial art that has all kinds of bizarre moves for bizarre situations...can't recall right now.

There is a lot of fantasy stuff out there...I like this website by Marc MacYoung as it seems to be the real deal. His site is tricky to navigate unfortunately.
