Yoga Zone - Conditioning and Stress Release (Beginners)
Some people take up yoga to build strength and flexibility; others are primarily looking to reduce stress and tension. This 55-minute program, while purporting to address both groups, is actually much more appropriate for the latter. Yoga Zone founder Alan Finger does an excellent job not merely emphasizing the importance of the breath--the single most vital element of any yoga practice--but also explaining yoga breathing techniques, followed by a series of easy stretches (for the neck, shoulders, arms, and such) and a variety of standing, sitting, and lying poses beneficial to yogis of all levels. The pace is gentle, the sequence of poses logical, the instruction clear and constant; beginners will be challenged but not intimidated, while more advanced types might find it a welcome alternative to sweaty, aerobic yoga workouts.
Because God knows it's bad to get sweaty when you work out!:confused05:
I think there's more things to do to release stress, why not go get some body massage, and also go out and try something new, those activities that you usually don't do and also, try to be with your friends... So it will be more fun.
I've got a site here that can also help, hope you can just have some time to click on it.
P.S. Make sure you also download your Stress relief free gifts, where
you are able to use that to transform your stress into success.

Thank you for the great video "Yoga Zone - Conditioning and Stress Relief". By the way, do you also have another video of the Yoga Zone collection: "Flexibility and Tone"? If yes, can you please share it? I also have the "Meditation" volume. If you want I can share with you.
Thanks and regards,
