not to sound to dumb but how do I watch these videos?

I downloaded it and couldnt figure out how toplay the movie...do I need to download all of them before I can watch or what?

You have to download all 4 parts, then extract them to one folder and there you go.

It is good. He shows some striking, TD from wrestling clinch, TD against the cage, his cardio workout, BJJ and more. Definitely check it out.

It would be good if you had a partner, since TD's and such do need two guy's but if you don't, that's okay. You can still learn and pay attention and use what you studied later on.
