That kick is very impressive considering how rare it ever gets delivered in a match.

Telling a weightlifter that deep squats are bad for the knees is like telling a kickboxer that footwork is a bad strategy...

Our instructor use to teach us that. It's the tornado kick...shit gets you dizzy though. Impossible to block since you're torquing your entire body, but he executed it perfectly by psyching him out with another kick that never came until it was too late. Love seeing these...another cool one is the Brazillian kick. Hard to get the timing down when you're defending against it.

I see Pettis and Makdessi pulling this off...

Lol Yeah first thing i thought about was Pettis, but yeah sexy kick, that had some serious power throwing his entire body into that
