Jon Fitch Appreciation Thread.

The Best WW out and ever.

Not going to happen, people hate on the guy all the time. It's this simple, one man has been able to stop him from imposing his will and that is GSP one of the greatest fighters in the world. Fitch is a beast and always will be.

I posted in another thread a while back but this is exactly my thoughts on Jon.

I love that everyone hates on Jon, yet all the guy does is f*cking win. He's got eight wins by decision in the UFC, that's only two more than GSP.....

Jon might not put on a show, but you have to give him his due, all the guy does is win. Only one person has been able to stop him from imposing his game plan and that was GSP. He's got 12 wins in the UFC to one loss, the record is 16. He also was tied for most straight wins with 8 before Anderson Silva went on this tear he's on. The guy is a good fighter, everyone just gives him shit because he doesn't put on a show.

You don't have to be entertaining to be good, you have to win.

Fitch's heart (and titanium chin) are astonishing. I understand why some people think he's boring, but I have to disagree.

GSP has said that Fitch was one of his toughest opponents ever, and I would be beyond excited if there were to be a rematch.

GSP says that about everybody.......

But Fitch is one of the toughest S.O.B's in all of MMA.

I hope he beats GSP when they rematch someday. (dont think it will happen though)

GSP needs a good rival.

Not to mention he has an insane ability to recover...show me anyone else who could have recovered from some of the shots he took from GSP, it's a short list to say the least.
