Who here feels the negative rep option should be done away with.
I personally feel that if you have a difference of opinion with someone, then you should post it or start a new thread if its off topic. Thats what we're all here for, right?
The "neg" rep function is being used as a means to attack people personaly. This is not what this forum is supposed to be about. Atleast when I read the rules before joining...it was'nt.
Just some of my thoughts....what does everyone else think??
Granted, I am new here but when I signed up to be a member...I signed up because I agreed with the forum policies. I feel that the "neg" rep option is a way to bypass these policies. Again just my 2 cents.

Agreed.

People who get Neg reps are usually deserving. Don't say stupid or ignorant things and you won't get a neg rep.

You cannot ban/remove neg reps without removing the whole rep system.

You can't deny that there are rogue members out there. Not everyone has their principles set straight, so the honor system is useless around here.

Eh bro...anytime you get a negative rep, and you'd like to know who gave it - just hit me up man (this goes for anyone else for that matter). I can tell you who the culprit was....just so people don't think they can randomly neg-rep people, and not get caught / some red rep in return.

Thanks, man... I see in my CP now some of the culprits who run around and talk smack_ thanks for that, and I'm glad that IceMan1125 is already banned. These punks who got nothing good to offer will drag this forum down unless we weed them out. Pricks like Chunkyluv360 just can't keep running around here and randomly f***ng with people and get away with it...ban him.
BTW, "MSF - Weekes rules Mofugga."(don't know who this is yet) needs to get banned as well.

Let's weed out these cheapshots!

how about we enable public polls (see who is voting for what), enable who is giving rep (positive or negative), etc.

we can also keep rep in certain forums, so people can get repped for important stuff
