So i have alittle over 1,000 points, i put it into my bank and then tried to buy at the store but it keeps saying i dont have enough points.

Do i have to withdraw then spend the points?

nevermind, withdrawing points does nto work either.

so what am i doing wrong guys?

You have to withdraw the money and if something cost 1,000 points, make sure you have extra to pay for the tax. If its 1,000 with tax its comes out to 1,076. something.

ok here is my new problem, i decided to buy "glow username"

it asked what color, i said red and bought it, but my username is still the normal color.

If you want to change the color of your username, you can't. The site is set up so ppl can tell who the Mods are(black), who the members are(blue), and who is banned(pink).

for some reason its not working for me in firefox????

But it works in internet explorer, ok thats weird, everythign works in FF
