I can agree with both of those nominations myself. and I think this is a good idea.. only thing I ask. Is if we do this it should not be a popularity contest. It should be about quality of posts and reactions. who makes threads happen. keeps discussions going. not just who gives out rep for getting rep. I think the rep system on this site is all but useless now espically with a thread people post on just to rep others for no reason.. there are people with ultra high reps who never contribue anything. we need to come up with some people who secretly choose the member of the month based on merit not butt kissing or someone who promises to give out rep points and suck Both those mentioned above make some great posts to just name a few. It should never be a popularity contest I agree, but on the other hand some members are already popular to begin with before they wwin/won or nominated for MOTM because they are insightful with their posts, they deliver news that some people don't have time to surf the web for etc.

Your posts always have substance and purpose Don and I wished you posted more often.
