Im thinking maybe some of the sections should be merged. Such as DREAM and WVR. Also i think HEROS should be removed from the K-1 title.

On your KOTC suggestion, maybe we should just merge KOTC with all of the Pro-Elite MMA and name the thread such to include ROTR and SpiritMC??

Yeah, I think so, theres just too many sections that just constantly get skipped over.

I don't think that it's a good idea to make a UFC section and just put a general MMA section for everything else.

Giving other promotions like Strikeforce and DREAM an entire section helps newer members to identify them and learn about that specific MMA org. And that IMO is a great concept.

No, no, of course not. I was thinking just forums such as Hdnet, Ultimate challenge if I'm saying it correctly. Strikeforce, affliction, dream, and even WVR should definitely stay.

General MMA
Japanese MMA
K-1

The same training sections

And 3-4 "Off Topic" sections...

The forum is watered down with all these forums and sub forums for everything. IMO it really hurts the quality of discussion because alot of good topics get buried in the various sections, also people are aren't likely to start a thread in the KOTC section because they know that nobody will see it.

Yea but nobody actually looks at these forums on a regular basis, so as a result nobody starts new topics in them. The point of the forum isn't to educate people about MMA, it's a place to discuss MMA.

The forum used to have a UFC, PRIDE, General and K-1 section and the general MMA was the best section because it covered all the other MMA promotions.

That sounds like a pretty well thoughout post for a guy accusing me of over thinking things.

In the future we will change things based on member feedback.
