I didn't know votes could be removed. Nor was there any mention in this thread of a vote being removed. The only talk of fixing this thing was coldcall saying that voted couldnt be changed.

Yep votes can be removed or added. See, you had 7 votes and now have 6. Khov had 7, now 8.
As a red CC cannot edit the poll results, that's probably why he thought it "couldn't" be changed.
