Is it possible for one moderator to ban the other? I suppose admins can do anything, but power wise, can one admin ban another, mod to mod etc?

Yes and no. Reds can infract/ban each other but cannot touch Blues/Blacks. Supermods can ban/infract normal mods but not admins (not sure if a blue can ban a blue).

I would be awesome if Golds could ban non-paying members then - it's only logical isn't it? :P
And I want in on the staff, the position of "Janitor" will suffice  |

How much do you guy's, admins especially get PM's about somebody wanting to become a mod?
I've sent mine like 27 times but i swear they never go through.  |

Serious candidates are rare. We usually choose them based on there tenure and general demeanor around the board not on there enthusiasm. Enthusiasm is great but the best intentions don't always garner the best results.
