My account switched from Lifetime Member to Premium member. I've messaged several mods and admins and I'm getting little to no response back.

It did this once before and was immediately switched back. I'm not sure why it's doing it now, but I paid my 10$ and I want my service!

I noticed that you had only a premium membership but didn't think about it too much tbh. I suppose you PM'd some staff members?

The gray is rare you should appreciate it:)

Don't expect an answer from the mods though, I've asked about making a few members paids and never got responses:(

You should contact the members then, the only way to make someone a paid member is to get their password. :)

That's how i got my membership, if it wasn't for Kado, i'd still be a regular member.
