Guys, let me clear up the idea behind this thread...
1. The point of this post is for humor, NOT for being butthurt or caring about rep.
Obviously everyone is going to disagree with EVERY opinion you have, but I thought you guys might have some funny stories of people being especially butthurt and negged you about the things you've said.
2. These forums can be very stale so I thought discussing some funny stories about keyboard warriors would be entertaining. I guess I misread you guys.
The amount of butthurt I have caused and red-rep I've received is entertaining at least.
I got negged once for calling the UFC the least talented mma organization on the planet and telling one of the forum members that his mom likes gorilla dicks in her ass. People are so sensitive sometimes.
Opening a thread in the UFC section to cry about negs?
Can it get anymore lame, ridiculous and stupid than this?

You know what? I think you need a change of attitude and I think I know juuuust what will help you:
If you feel offended by neg-reps you've recieved, please contact a member of the staff and we will determine wether action is to be taken against the member who negged you...
Not matter what opinion you have on any subject someone will always disagree with you, and if they feel strongly about the subject they may neg-rep you... But I agree, it's not cool doing so and not leaving your name, at least be a little respectful about it
As mentioned earlier, just go gold - it'll never be a problem again

Not dogging on you here but lets be honest, if a user gets offended by a neg rep, grow up. Again, it's only the Internet. Now if in the neg rep it's racial and of the likes, I understand. Just my opinion.

Neg rep is for 'disapproving' not insulting. You're on your own for the former, but can tell a mod if it's the latter or any other rule breaker. If somebody on here can't disapprove like a grownup they probably aren't one so I wouldn't get too upset.

I know it's the internet. But why stick around if people are just trollin? Our job is to make sure people do not take it to far. There's a line and if it's crossed that's where the Mods/Admins step in.
Staff can see reps. If you let us know you have received an insulting rep we will deal with it.
And just so everyone knows, regardless of how much you all do or do not care about the rep system, it is held to the same standard as any other part of this forum. You can be warned/infracted/banned for inappropriate reps.
