Hey guys for school I have to creat a Logo for my team and I have some ideas however i need to be able to edit the immages, color them and make them look good. for instance I want to take a chain link and make color patters in it with out it looking like a 5 year old collored it.

Are there websigts where I can go take a base image and create designs or is there free graphic design software downloadable?

Some of the stuff you guys do is amazing.

I use photoshop for everything but honestly its time consuming to learn and it won't be an overnight type of thing.

What he said. I use photoshop a lot and it is very time consuming to learn how to use it properly. One tip I can give you, is get a copy of it, and fool around editing home made pictures. Or to draw a sketch, and color it using photoshop.
