im five eleven and 225 lbs. im quite pudgy as you can tell, but i also have a lot of muscle and a wide frame. i think i could make it to 185 np when in shape and maybe 170 if i was a fighter.

Ahh I prefer the metric system. I'm 178cm and 62kg, so I guess thats 5 foot 10 137lbs? If I am intent on fighting I could probably bulk up to around 160lbs easily since I'm only 18 years old and still growing. Then I would do a weight cut to probably 145lbs?

I live in Canada and I still have to deal with that ridiculous empirical system or whatever they call it. It's to the point where I dont even know my own weight in kilos anymore.
