In no particular order I would say Goldberg, Ric Flair, Sting, Dusty Rhodes, Hulk Hogan., some would argue about Dusty Rhodes but he had a HUGE following back in the day.

Hulk Hogan - Changed the face of the company and brought them to the big game.

Ric Flair - The companies standard flag bearer.

Sting - The heir apparent to the marquee crown

Goldberg - The only guy to rise to the top during a time when they tried to load up with older stars.

Big Van Vader - Many legendary feuds and a guy who was the go to heel for the company.

No Ron Simmons? First black World Champion?

When I think WCW I think nWo and I think Scott Hall, Kevin Nash, Sting and Hulk Hogan.

This, nWo vs the wolfpack was awesome.

I also fondly remember Goldberg making his way through the nWo ranks after Nash's belt. He had to take on Scott Hall before Kevin Nash. That shit was like Max Payne or something.
I watched WCW before I ever watched WWF on the channel that used to come one after Cartoon Network
