I'll never lose weight. I work out a decent amount these days, cycling most days, martial arts 4 times a week etc. But come the weekend, I'm the dude downing 12 cans and hitting the pizza. WAR ALCHOHOL!

Sounds perfect to me. It's also not too long, so people with low motivation could probably do it.

Photos are completely optional, all you need to do is take a picture of the scale with a newspaper beside it to confirm the date.
