BBQ ribs, brisket or chicken? I have been to Kansas City and they are famous for BBQ. The place I ate at lived up to my expectations.

Probably ribs. The only place I get to eat them is an American style diner near the local American air base. They offer a grill platter with ribs, steaks, chicken parts several side dishes and three sauces. Needless to say it's yummy. And not very healthy.

I think Id go for some kind of middle eastern Mixed grill. either Lebenese or Turkish. With plenty of flat breads, wild rice and chilli sauce.

I love brisket personally. So tender and no bone to deal with. Have you ever had fried okra before?

Jumbo shrimp cocktail w/ a hint of lime.
Pan seared Ahi Tuna w/ truffles.
Two pounds of fresh Oysters

Main course:
3lb Australian lobster (Fresh out of the ocean.)
Alaskan King Crab Legs
Filet Minon (Even though I don't really eat beef.)

Dessert:
Rootbeer float.

Breaded chicken with a certain type of pasta that I love to make. They go together very well and it's so good.

That or straight up Spaghetti.

It's something you either love or hate. Not too many people just kind of like okra. I don't like pickled okra but I LOVE fried okra.

Somehow that actually looks good. Reminds me of the fried pickles I just had not long ago. Why is it that everything fried is extremely bad for your health.

I love fried pickles! Growing up they had Pickle O's at Sonic. They don't have them anymore though. It was just the round pickles that come on most hamburgers fried up. There are some places that serve fried pickle spears but I'm not as big on those. I'm a very picky eater and okra doesn't look very tasty to me when you break it open. But for some reason I love the stuff. Me and my older sister love it, but my twin sister hates it.

If you go to any state fairs they take fried food to a whole new level. At the Texas State fair they have fried twinkies! They even found a way to fry up Coca-Cola!
